Location
We are located about 10 minutes from DFW.
Female Only
Our Crash Pad is strictly female.
Price
Our beds range from 350 and up. Our prices include utilities: electric, trash, gas and internet.
Rent
Rent is due on or before the 1st of the month. If you move in mid month your rent will be prorated.
Deposit
A $200 Refundable deposit is due to hold your bed. This will be refunded upon a successful check out and proper 30 day notice was given.
Contract
Prior to completing your stay with us a detailed contract of the rules of the house must be signed.
